PHOTOS are welcome to help us make decisions about shipping actual items. Attach JPEG photos to e-mail, or we can give you the mailing address for sending prints to us.
PAYMENT: For items we purchase, we pay by check after we have received the item(s) and found them to be as represented.
SHIPPING: We will pay shipping for items we request, and we pay shipping for all items we return to you. You pay shipping for items you send without our prior agreement.
Please be sure to insure all shipments.
NOTE: Many items are fragile due to their age, so be very aware when handling. The only recourse for items damaged during shipment is insurance.
DAMAGED GOODS: All items should be inspected thoroughly prior to shipping, so any damage other than as described in advance must be claimed by you against the carrier. Victori Limited cannot be responsible for damage during shipping.
CONDITION: Please describe items using the following scale:
NEAR MINT
No problems, as close to "new" as possible for age.EXCELLENT
Shows normal wear expected for age, but nothing easily visible.VERY GOOD
Shows normal wear expected for age with some minor problems visible, but problems will not detract significantly from value or usability.GOOD
Has some definite visual problems. Structure is intact. Problems could be fixed.FAIR
Significant wear or condition problems. We may purchase these items at discounted rates; for creative purchasers, some can be interesting pieces. Underarm sweat damage is frequently a major factor for placing items into this category.
